Richard C. Hayes, founder and President, has accumulated over 35 years experience in the construction industry. His "hands-on" approach, working closely with the Hayes team of highly skilled professionals, demonstrates how careful planning and management can result in exceptional neighborhoods. The master plan begins with the land being sensitive to the environment. Land surveyors and landscape designs enhance the rich foliage and topography of the sites. Hayes has also developed historic sites - in one instance building a new home
